Great Hindu Saints

Ved Vyasa

Hindu religion is having as many as 330 millions gods. It is a religion which was not propelled by any prophet. It is believed to be eternal. Its holy books of which main are Vedas, Upnishadas and Puranas are main are not written by any one. They are the samhitas or collections of the teachings and experiences of the saints who got enlightenment.
There were so many saints in Hindu religion. It is very difficult to name every saint here as saints in Hindu religion were having a tendency of remaining unknown to the public as they were having a belief that when they will come in contact of general public and get associated with them there is a chance of their falling or getting falsified. Moreover after getting enlightenment they got free from all the desires and so they remain silent and kept themselves away from the public.
